"The most rewarding part of my job is meeting with clients knowing that
I am going to help them through a very difficult period in their lives. When
I first meet with a new client it is usually under very unfortunate circumstances.
However, by working together with them I am able to help them understand how
the legal system will protect them and their family and compensate them for
the suffering they have been going through."
Marc Elefant, Esq.
Marc Elefant is the founding partner of Wallach & Elefant, LLP. Mr. Elefant
is a graduate of Pace University Law School where he was a member of The Pace
University Law School Law Review and authored an article on legal requirements
imposed upon juries in civil cases. Immediately upon graduation from law school
Mr. Elefant started planning to open a law firm where the needs of the client
are served by an attorney that will provide all the personal attention the clients
deserve.
Mr. Elefant started his law firm with one case, and through his perseverance
and his boundless enthusiasm for helping the public he has expanded his practice
and now represents hundreds of clients. Mr. Elefant credits this growth to the
personal attention that he gives to each client by representing their
personal needs. In just the past four years Mr. Elefant has received millions of
dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Presently, Mr. Elefant is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars and
admitted to Federal practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial
Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
"Treating each case as it was the only one in the firm allows
me to posture the case for the maximum recovery for each client.
Each client's case is the most important to them and that is why
it is equally important to me. It is through this representation
of my clients that I not only help them receive compensation for
their injuries but protect all citizens by bringing dangerous conditions
to public light and through the use of the legal system help protect
others from suffering similar injuries as a result of the same condition."
